When we moved in we had no heat. By the time they replaced it we didn't need it 4 months passed and summer was here. Then the air conditioner blew up and took forever to replace. We have had 3 stoves and the bathroom replaced. Our railing on the stairs is broke before we got here never fixed. They raised the rent and charge $30 a month for water. Now our washer cracked flooded the house and while they said they would replace it they haven't. Still have parts of the ceiling hanging over our kitchen and dining room. Can't use the light in there either. Afraid to let my kids eat under it just incase it falls on their plates. The property manager is a joke she will say she will put maintenance calls in but doesn't. She yells at you when you call more then once. If it would be fixed or someone tell me when it will be I wouldn't call you all the time. She admitted she screens calls and let's voicemail answer people she doesn't want to talk to. I would think twice before calling here. Moving in here was one of the worst mistakes we made.
