Maintenance is really good. It's a little hard dealing with office but everyone is really friendly
Very clean apartments. There's an in ground pool for it's tenants to use. Decent rent rates.
Nothing has been broken or needed maintenance as of yet. We have not had any trouble other than my package being stolen right in front of my door, but that doesn't have anything to do with these apartments. Thieves are everywhere. I only suggest not to have packages delivered to your door here, but most people know how that goes.
My husband and I moved here about 3 months ago. A really big concern for us was finding a decently priced apartment with no mice or rodents. Since we have been here, there have been no run ins with any rodents. I actually like these apartments, and if everything goes right, we might be renewing our lease here.
I would recommend these apartments for those that are looking for affordable, clean and rodent free apartment living!
The maintenance people are generally really quick and are super nice and respectful. As far as the apartments go themselves its fairly standard, but you cant beat the price and the location.
Convicted comvicts. Drugs, Mold, mildew and sut are an issue. Constantly making me sick. The heating system ducts are filled with black sut. Mold & Mildew growing on clothes. Trash in the laundry room and washers. Management is horrendous. Prior to moving in there was a shooting in my apartment. Drug related. I was not informed of this prior to moving in. Shooting was in Building 3809 , Apartment G. . Not too long ago a tenant went down to the office starting shooting. This is the worse place ever if u have kids. Unfortunately, I found All This out after signing my lease. Do your research. The shooting at the office can be found online or go to the the police station. All the five star reviews are management and managements associates. This place should be condemned. I strongly advise you stay away!
