Anyone who doesn't take advantage of our state parks is crazy. It's close and has something for everyone. Eagles in the trees, water to gaze at, track to walk or ride on playgrounds and swimming in the summer too.
One of our favorite places to eat. Bring a snack or meal and chill on the beach and eat. A sweet date spot.
This is an average beach, but it is close and not too crowded. We enjoyed going to the beach about 2 times a week throughout the summer. It was just right on a hot day, and the salt water is much better than pool water for my daughter's skin. We really enjoyed this beach summer 2017.
Decent beach with different things to do. Beach is kind of small but it works. Only thing I don't like is once you're in if you need to leave out you have to pay for re-entry. Doesn't make any sense to me. Great experience every time I've been.
Average beach. The walk to the bathroom was horrible. There should be a lil more to offer here such as food and another bathroom on the other end. $5/person is a bit excessive. The other beach does per car. But all in all the family enjoyed them selves.
