I never used a storage facility before but knew I did not want to rent a unit in the city of Baltimore or in any city for that matter. I checked around my area for closeness and convenience but most of all one that was professional and clean. I found that here. Great Location first of all.
I am not sure how many stars to give this place. Above all, I enjoy Extra Space Storage and we use a few units in various cities. However, I was very disappointed with "the manager" Shannon. Shannon has been very helpful the past few months, especially since we are based out of NJ. Seemed friendly. But after an agreement to help me out with a pick up, which she never told me was not doable, she refused to see it through as the driver was there. She was rude and mentioned she had to "do her own job" and was quite unprofessional over the phone. If she would have said "no" to begin with when we first spoke on the phone, prior to the pick up, then of course I would find another way to complete the task. Shannon was unprofessional, short, and seemed unprincipled. Considering looking for another facility to continue our business.

Too bad but Im sure the regular staff is similar. The place was clean and neat as well. great experience in a world where it is getting harder to come by.
Extra Space has been great. Shannon Call the store manager is wonderful! She was so friendly and helpful while signing me up for my lease. The first time I used my storage (different day) I realized that the lock that I bought for it was too big, so I went into the office and Shannon was extremely helpful assisting me with a lock that does fit my storage unit. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.
