Advance Relocation contracted with a transport company to move my car. The vehicle is an older car but has been taken care of meticulously. My mechanic of 12 years did a thorough check up on it two weeks before we moved- everything was fine. The car was delivered and began leaking oil and transmission fluid. The underside had been seriously dented when Reindeer loaded the car. Advance Relocation PROMISED we would be reimbursed for all the money we had to pay for repairs. Repeatedly I was told via email not to worry. Nothing but empty promises. Rheindeer denied responsibility and Advance sided with THEM! No refund. I’ve been told I can file a complaint but that will cost me another $300! Whatever the sales representative tells you, get it IN WRITING. Better yet- take your business elsewhere.
I sold and purchased a new home this summer and Advance Relocation moved me. This dreaded process turned out to be a seamless event. They made my experience stress free and handled everything in a professional manner - from the preparation to the actual pick up and the delivery experience & clean up was exceptional. Moving cross country is stressful and expensive. But I got very lucky when I called this company and Deb was the rep. On very short notice, she coordinated with delivery companies in Seattle to ensure my home goods would get there, delivered, and waiting for me when I got there, thus saving me the expenses of staying in a hotel. Further, she took extra time and trouble to locate a company that would not charge me $300 for parking fee! She did a superb job in reducing my stress, expenses by rendering service with a heart! Why go anywhere else?

We found the Advance team (Milton, Deb-b, Michelle and both moving crews) to be very responsive, courteous and professional every step of the way throughout our somewhat complicated moving process. The moving crews were very accommodating and genuinely worked to ensure that our move was as effortless as possible (is there such a thing?) when it came to furniture placement and ensuring that our many boxes of belonging made it to the right rooms. We can't compliment them enough on a first class job - but that's what you get when you work with first class individuals in a first class organization!
