Very disappointed because I've been to 2 quick lanes before in Maryland and had the best service so going to the one in parkville was the worst. I went to get my 2006 Nissan Altima looked at and before I even finish explaining what's going on with my car the guy told me $139 for looking at my vechile. So I ask if quick lanes can't do the work or if yah do the work is it refunded back. He told me with the straight face no that's the fee but I been too to quick lanes east Baltimore county in white marsh and one over west Baltimore county and got no charge if there doing the work or can't. I even called other quick lanes to see if policy changes or prices and was told NO, so I don't recommend going there basied off my experience and even though I live around the corner from parkville i will drive, tow, push my car to another one before I ever go to them.
