About 45 min waiting outside the shop to get my tier check! Despite calling the staff few times I didn’t receive any response!! No attendance!! I had no idea tier pressure check is free at your shop! You’d better to charge people so that you would respect and care about them!

I had the best experience overall for any Pep Boys Auto Shop store. Ken was particularly very helpful and respectful. I had my Honda Accord Tires replaced 2 years ago. I was treated very well and my car service need was promptly serviced. I went back again to get my wife Honda Oddesay tires replaced and again the service was great with great deal on the tires.
