It's clean it's quiet most of the time there's not a lot of people here.

Parking is good with plenty of shops for pretty much any thing you need.
It could use more stores, especially in the store front next to McDonald's that is currently boarded up. No exactly great for business. The management of the building should do more to get leasing. However they are building a new storefront so I imagine this might bring in interested companies looking to rent space in the area. Target and Kohl's are the big franchises here. McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Subway are the food franchises. Wells Fargo is the bank, and I believe there is a jiffy lube. The small store front have a Hair Cuttery, H&R Block, liquor store, and other small franchises. Lots of parking space.
Plenty of parking. Nice stores. More than 1 place to get a hair cut. More than 1 place to eat. Has a bank of America. All it's missing is a rofo. And there is a rofo right up the street.
