Rosedale Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who is a competitor( he works for a company is Glen Burnie, and in no way associated or made anything from telling me about Rosedale, he just said his company couldn't beat their prices) We called Rosedale Roofing after having two other companies come out look at our roof and give us estimates that were extremely high, we called Rosedale who came out looked at our roof, went all over checking everything and came up with a reasonable price we could agree on, they came out yesterday and installed roof, replacing rotted wood, taking pictures to show the bad wood and where each piece was, they replaced the wood use roof cement and paper then paper to seal over an edition we had, then put on shingles, The roof looks amazing, took before and after pictures, cleaned up our entire property and the neighbors, I would recommend Rosedale roofing to all my family and neighbors, I can't say enough about the friendly, professional service. In a time when finding honest, professional companies who are not trying to get your last dime, Rosedale Roofing has caused me to believe that there are still honest professional companies still out there, The work is guaranteed. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Rosedale for all your hard work and professionalism.i will recommend your company to others.

Rosedale Roofing just completed a new roof on our 100+ year old home. What a big job! Lots of angles and roof pitches. Their price was great and the workmanship was exemplary. Dan and his crew did a great job and were respectful and considerate during the process. At the end of each day cleanup was perfect--hard to find a stray roofing nail-and our yard/deck were protected at all times. Any concerns we had during the job were addressed immediately. The architectural shingle looks great and we have gotten very positive comments from our neighbors(who also complimented the crew). We would highly recommend Rosedale Roofing!
I love Rosedale roofing. Very professional, great work. They've fixed several roofing issues. The estimator walked up on the roof took photo's, showed me on the photos on their ipad, after he gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimator did the work on the spot. I recommended Rosedale roofing to a coworker, he got several estimates and ended up hiring Rosedale roofing to put a new roof on his house off Liberty road.
I was terribly disappointed. I heard about this company on WRBS. Brenden who is a manager came out to my home to do the estimate. The first thing he asked was to see the room where the leak was so he could know exactly where the leak was. When I said no because I had already had other estimates and no one needed to see the room to tell me what was wrong with my roof, he shut down, spent 10 minutes on the roof and was in his car with the engine going. When I came outside to ask if he was was done he talked at me from the truck. I had to ask approximately what he would they charge to repair it. Told me he would send the estimate to my email. Never did. I called to speak to his boss. Brenden called me back was but unavailable when I tried to reach him again. I finally left a message via text and decided to write a review on the website. I am a professional and small business owner and I know sometimes things can happen and wanted an opportunity to correct my poor first impression. That did not happen. They absolutely should not advertise on Christian radio. Very disappointed.
