I have ordered from Zesto many times and their food is great if you are picking up the order. The issue that I have with them is their delivery service. The last few times I ordered food, it took almost an hour and a half to be delivered and to make matters worst, the food was cold. When I called to complain, the manager brushed it off like it was nothing. Needless to say, I am giving up on them. Keep in mind, the food is great, but they suck on service.
I would give them a negative rating but the app won't let me. When i put my payment in ur hand, I expect my change and my receipt in my hand Denise. I will never go back. When i tell the rest of people I know how i was treated, they went patronize this establishment either.
Ordered naked wings they were breaded. The further you get from upstate NY the harder it is to find good wings. It's simple Red Hot and butter. The pizza was bitter. Service was good and the wings are big.
Cooks don’t wash their hands, don’t wear gloves. Pizza guy definitely doesn’t wear gloves. He takes a break to take trash out and then resumes to makes pizza ( without gloves) Knives don’t get washed. Lasagna sits out all day , flys have been seen on it, then it simply gets heated up in the microwave. Overall the kitchen is a sweatshop. Don’t let the food fool you, sanitition isn’t a priority here at ZESTOS
Chicken tenderloins were over cooked. My friend's chicken Cesar salad the chicken was cooked to long. The mozzarella sticks you could taste butter in it. Usually the food is great don't know if you have a new cook or not but that was the first bad experience.
