Arghhh I am fuming. If I could give zero stars to the #DominosPizza in Middle River, I would. This is the second time now that I have ordered from this Dominos and not recieved my order despite the tracker saying it was here. After an hour and a half of waiting for my pizza, I called the store and they said it was on the way even though the tracker said delivered. I waited another half hour and still no delivery. It had been 2 hours at this point. It was supposed to be 35-45 minutes. I called to speak to the manager and his excuse was that they were busy because of the Columbus Day holiday and that they would remake my order but it would be another 1 1/2 hours.
It has now been 5 hours since I ordered. I recieved no pizza, no phone call, and no emails saying my order was refunded.
Used to be great! Under new management for the last year. We used to order from them all of the time but stopped. Haven't ordered since September but being the day after Christmas I didn't wanna cook. Tried again, horrible! The pizza leaked grease all out of the box, the pizza looked like the seasonings shaker broke on it, the cheesy bread was under cooked. Paid $20 for a tip, medium pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread, ranch cup (that I didn't even receive) and couldn't eat it. Last time we called the store and complained and management was so crappy we didn't even try this time. Definitely lost our business.
This is a good location. Only complaint they are So so slow. Food is always good though.
St Judes deal was a great deal at a good price. Food was delicious. However, I ordered 4 extra marinara sauces and an extra icing at the cost of $2.50, which we did not receive. I called the restaurant to complain. Asked for manager, began to tell her what happened. She cut me off, talking over me. I asked her what she said. She replied, "I will send them out to you.". Then she hung up. So tired of ordering from these places and not getting what you order. Where is the quality controls? Should not these orders be checked before they are sent out? After all, we pay extra fee for delivery. Plus we have to tip the driver, because none of that fee goes to them. You would think they want to keep their customers happy.
Nice place close to my house but customer service is ridiculous no hi no hello no thank you have a good day no friendly service at all
