I should add that I have a jewlery policy with them and when i lost a diamond earring tracey took care of it in a timely professional manner. 5 stars for her and the division.
Very attentive and cares about clients
Worst insurance We've ever had! We have had this insurance for 1.5 years. In that time we have recieved 5 MVA letters at different times saying we need to send proof of insurance or our tags will be suspended. We pay on time up front 6 months at a time so I'm not sure who isn't doing thier job but someone isn't. Each time we have to call the office and nag them to get the situation taken care of, and each time they apologize and say it won't happen again. :( It happened at christmas and this time (while we were in Hawaii) we recieved a notice and a suspension! This is NOT what we should have to deal with for being customers who pay on time and have great records! My husband has a perfect driving record and got into his FIRST fender bender EVER this year. It was completely the other guys fault. We had tickets to a Ravens game a missed the game :(. The office was not helpful at all. Very unprofessional. Being that it was my husband first time he wasn;'t sure what to do. They said they would send a tow truck and NEVER did he sat in the rain and called around to find his own as we missed the game.We did all the leg work on our own. They never followed up or called us to check or speak about anything we had to call them weekly and ask about the case an where it stood! (it still isnt resovled and has been 7 months)I felt like we did had no help and no one looking out for us! I say find another agent who has your best interest at work. We can't wait to switch back to progressive. Basically-- this office is a mess. I'm not sure how they have so many great reviews.(seems funnny that they are all 5's and all in the same time period)
