This is late coming but when my brother passed away it was early Wednesday morning, our family wanted to take care of arrangements as soon as possible. We went to Drayers that morning, to order a spray for his casket for a Thursday viewing. The young lady there was very helpful in the changes we wanted on the arrangements that they offer and even made suggestions that made our selection perfect. When you’re thinking with your heart, you need someone that can feel your pain as well but still are conscious of your finances. Drayers not only had the spray completed for the Thursday viewing but the arrangement was beautiful, even better than what we imagined. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job! Recently I sent flowers for my parents 65 Wedding Anniversary. The arrangement was bigger than what I ordered and was absolutely beautiful.

I was a little Disappointed this time when I ordered. I've always gotten flowers from Drayers and i have never had an issue up until now. Upon arrival i was greeted by a heavy set woman (i cant remember her name) and i mentioned that i was here to pick up the bouquet of flowers i had ordered earlier this morning. I had ordered the Teleflora's precious in purple standard that was on their online web sight. When she brought it out to me the vase was clear, and the one ordered was supposed to had been a beautiful shade of lavender. I brought it to her attention of the color mismatch. She mentioned that they were out of the lavender. so i took it out to my car. and i stopped to look at it and something was missing? the didn't even put any lavender roses in the bouquet that i had ordered with it! So i brought it back in and said ma'am? do you happen to have any lavender roses? i showed her the picture of the online bouquet and she again told me they had none...... so at this point i'm a little upset i paid 52.95$ for a bouquet that they don't have the adequate supplies for.... they didn't bother to call me and even notify me. So i was like well how about white roses? she said they were out......what a surprise right? so i asked do you have any colored roses at all to add to my bouquet. at what point she got irritated and said "I told you on the phone they would do their best to match it"............ this was never mentioned to me on the phone... not once... She said they had yellow roses and i asked her to add those if she could. so they added 3 yellow roses....... all in all i was sincerely upset as this was a special birthday bouquet for my 72 year old grandmother who's had a stroke 6 months ago and is slowly recovering.....
