He went above and beyond with coming in work early to get my key so he could install a Viper System on my car while I was at work, talked me through how everything works when i returned, and has a lifetime warranty if i were ever to have any issues. I had a remote starter installed in my car and John was wonderful. It is very convenient because they come to you. I did not have to worry about missing time from work and it was easy. Just had to park my car and John installed the starter right outside my office. He took the time to explain how it worked and showed me features that I did not even know it had.
