The best dentist experience I've ever had! I typically dread the dentist, but the staff at White Marsh Family Dentistry put me right at ease. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. After checking me in, I was brought back to be seen within 30 seconds! Angie is a fantastic dental hygienist. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. She provided helpful advice and even brought to my attention things that no other dentist/orthodontist ever has! Dr. Farrugia is very nice and easygoing. He was receptive to my concerns and provided a clear treatment plan. I highly recommend White Marsh Family Dentistry to anyone in the area looking for a dentist!
The office staff is very friendly! I see Dr. Litwin and he is awesome!!! Seriously, the greatest doctor ever! He truly cares about his patients and their smiles :) He takes the time to work with you and is so personable. He even took the time to call me after a filling to make sure I was doing okay. I'd highly recommend white marsh family dentistry to everyone!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!
Had my first appointment here (consultation, xrays, etc.) and had a great experience. All of the staff is courteous and friendly. The waiting room and patient rooms are very clean and modern. The only downside is they are out of my network, but I will look into changing insurances next year so they can be in network - can't say that very often!
My daughter had an appointment there today. She has not been in two years because she had two children, one after the other. Since she is a teacher it is difficult for her to make appointments during the school year. She had not been in two years and in that time the area around the dental office has drastically changed so she had difficulty remembering where the office was as she had only been there once before. She had to ask me if I could come with her to watch the kids (a toddler and infant) while she was in the chair. She got them ready, loaded them in the car and I drove to meet her there. She was 3-5 minutes late for her appointment and was told she could not get her cleaning. Nowhere is it posted that if you are not exactly on time you will not be seen or you will not get your cleaning. If you have children, you might want to look for a different dentist because they are heartless, cold, and unforgiving. My daughter will be going to my dentist from now on who has a 15 minute grace period for appointments because they seem to understand what it's like to have a life and/or children. These people are ridiculous. They were SO busy there was one person in the waiting room but that 3-5 minutes apparently was going to put them so far behind they just couldn't take her in.
Going to the dentist for me is now a pleasurable experience. White Marsh family dentistry is amazing from the moment you walk into the door. I love the updated equipment and spacious waiting area. Dr Litwin has always went above and beyond to find solutions to the challenges during my visits. Susan is a very detail oriented. She always knows the answer when it comes to my insurance and billing. You will receive quantity service from a simple teeth cleaning to more complicated issues. I would personally recommend this office to EVERYONE!
