I have bought other new cars and was dreading the finance portion of it, but their department was quick on getting all the paperwork together. I was out of there much quicker than other dealerships that I have bought cars from. I also drove an Enterprise rental car over to the dealership and they took care of returning it back to the dealership. Overall, it was a very pleasant car buying experience.
Everyone at Al Parker Ford is extremely nice. They do fantastic work. They'll basically fix ANYTHING! You don't HAVE to have a Ford for their mechanics to fix your vehicle. I WILL be bringing my vehicle there (until my car dies or gets totalled) I love their service! They ACTUALLY know what they're doing at this Auto Shop I'll be buying my next car at AL Packer White Marsh ☺️

This place is full of liars and ignorant and they do awful work. If you have progressive, do not take it here!!!!! If you see the side mirror that was replaced on a new car.you would understand. It looked like it was picked up from a junk yard. EVEN the insurance agent said it was unacceptable. EVEN a service supervisor said it was unacceptable.I had to go back 3 times for them to get the door right. I know that there were used parts but this is ridiculous. A $30,000 car not even a year old. Would you want that on your car.
I recently bought a new F-150 and was very pleased with the price that I received compared to other dealerships. I told Nate what I was looking for and he brought the truck up right away for a test drive. He talked in detail about the truck and was very knowledgeable about all the features. He even did the entire set-up process for my phone to be connected to the Ford Pass app and my truck.
